EHCP Transcoder

The bundle also includes the custom Jellyfin Transcoding Manager. It scans the media library and selectively converts suitable files while monitoring CPU load, free disk space and Jellyfin activity.

It includes queue management, duplicate detection, configurable CRF and FFmpeg presets, minimum-free-space protection, 4K handling, stuck-job detection and a browser-based management interface.

The archive contains no credentials, media database, download history or configuration copied from the development system.

Installation

Extract the archive, review the configuration and run:

chmod +x install.sh
./install.sh

The installer deliberately does not start the stack automatically.

docker compose pull
docker compose up -d

The transcoder is optional and has its own installer:

./install-transcoder.sh

Portable Docker Compose deployment containing Jellyfin, Jellyseerr, Radarr, Sonarr, Prowlarr, qBittorrent, Bazarr and Whisper ASR. Includes the custom EHCP Jellyfin Transcoder, portable configuration templates, installer scripts and systemd integration. Live credentials, databases, media history and machine-specific configuration are excluded from the release.

Title: Integrated media stack operational

Jellyfin, Radarr, Sonarr, Prowlarr, qBittorrent and Bazarr are running as an integrated Docker-based media stack. A custom transcoding service has been added to process the existing library automatically, with configurable quality, CPU thresholds, minimum-free-space protection, job tracking and duplicate detection. Current development is focused on making the complete stack resilient enough to deploy and maintain as a single self-hosted appliance.
